Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility

I am committed to increasing the diversity of the biomedical clinical and research workforce and reducing disparities in healthcare. My prior work includes leading a study investigating disparities in guideline concordant insulin use during critical illness and, through my work with MA-CEAL, studies investigating patient and researcher perspectives on participating in and conducting inresearch at safety net hospitals.
