In addition to his research interests, Dr. Lui is passionate about teaching clinical reasoning, trainee career development, and interprofessional education.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility

I am strongly committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. In my clinical role, I strive to provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care regardless of race, ethnicity, language, sexual orientation, or gender identity. As a researcher within the Pulmonary Center, I am part of the Planning Committee for our weekly Combined Clinical and Research Conference in which I both attend and help coordinate monthly racial equity education sessions.
