Ludy Registre, PhD is a former Pre-Doctoral Trainee at the Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. During her time here, she investigated the role of selective pressure, caused by antibodies, on the emergence of CXCR4 co-receptor usage and examined neutralization differences between CCR5- and CXCR4-using viruses to broadly neutralizing antibodies in HIV-1. Currently, she is the Assistant Director for the NIH-funded R-25 Research Education: Initiative to Maximize Student Development (IMSD) Program at Emory University.
