Todd Hoagland, PhD is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. He has exceptional leadership and teaching skills as demonstrated by the awards he received during his time as a graduate student such as the Excellence in Teaching Award, the Stanley L. Robbins Award for Excellence in Teaching, and the Outstanding Ethical Leadership Award. Dr. Hoagland's primary research interest is learning methodology, particularly for his course Clinical Human Anatomy and Advanced Clinical Anatomy as well as evaluating professionalism in medical students. He maintains that he has always wanted to be an educator and tries to make the classroom a welcoming space for all students.
