Dr. Ross, Director of the Pediatric Residency Program, is mentor to 85 pediatric residents. She was honored in residency and fellowship with the Award for Teaching Excellence as selected by pediatric residents for the finest teaching by any resident and fellow. Since 2007, she has worked in the Division of Critical Care at The Children Hospital at Montefiore, where she initially focused on resident education in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit. She became Associate Director of the successful Pediatric Critical Care Fellowship Program in 2009, advancing to Director in 2010.
