Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility
During my internal medicine training, I wrote testimony in support of access to addiction services to
residents of secure facilitates and advocated for the decarceration of individuals who pose no
immediate threat to the community during the COVID-10 pandemic. In addition, the population that I
serve in the BU Geriatrics Section serves is predominantly from underrepresented groups who
experience healthcare disparities. I look forward to all Section trainings related to DEIJ and will work
to provide equitable care for all patients.
