Kathryn Quinn is a nurse practitioner specializing in genitourinary and breast oncology at BU/BMC. She received masters in nursing from Boston College School of Nursing. Prior to working at BU/BMC, she worked in family medicine at South End Community Health Center and helped start the city’s first elementary based school based health center seeing both children from the school and families from the community. She is currently an active clinician and educator, and currently serves as the lead advance practice provider in the section of hematology/oncology. She holds certifications through the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)as an Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) and Certified Breast Care Nurse (CBCN). She has also completed a certificate in palliative care via the Palliative Care Education and Practice (PCEP) program through Harvard Medical School. Kathryn is interested in health disparities research and GU clinical trials.
