Justin Enggasser, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and the Section Chief for Substance Abuse Treatment Services at VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). There, he selects and trains postdoc psychology fellows through VABHS, a program affiliated with Boston University and Harvard University. He also oversees clinical research and has participated in several studies examining biological mediators of alcohol and drug effects and investigated dopamine’s association with impulsivity. He currently receives funding from the Bristol-Myers Squibb Foundation to help developed a web-based self-help alcohol intervention program for returning US Military Veterans
