Dr. Ash is a dedicated and accomplished physician. He has appeared in Boston Magazine several years running, having been nominated by his peers around the city for inclusion in its annual "Top Doctors in Boston" issue. He has been on staff at several of Boston's premiere academic hospitals, where he has been recognized for his teaching and supervision of students and physicians in training at both Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Ash is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine. Internal Medicine specialists obtain rigorous training across most fields of adult medicine including Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Infectious Disease, Primary Care, Surgery and Psychiatry. Dr. Ash obtained additional experience while practicing on units dedicated to the fields of Transplant Medicine, Oncology and Palliative Care. In his ambulatory clinic in Boston, Dr. Ash is particularly interested in primary care for younger adults, diagnosis and treatments of STDs, dermatology procedures, travel medicine and the treatment of anxiety and insomnia.
