Biology

Dr. Serrato-Capuchina is an Evolutionary Geneticist interested in studying patterns in the evolution of conserved traits within and between species. He enjoys using a range of interdisciplinary techniques to develop and optimize methods to answer questions efficiently. His use of techniques ranges across classical genetics, Next-Generation Sequencing analysis, behavioral assays, model and non-model systems, field work, and biochemical analysis.
