Adnan Khan, MD is the Director of Endoluminal Surgery in the Section of Gastroenterology at Boston Medical Center and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at West Virginia University, followed by a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, where he also served as the Chief Fellow. He then pursued further subspecialty training in Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy at Duke University School of Medicine. Dr. Khan’s clinical expertise includes the treatment of bile duct stones, biliary and pancreatic duct strictures, primary sclerosing cholangitis, pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatitis, pancreatic pseudocysts, walled-off necrosis, cholecystitis, achalasia, Zenker’s diverticulum, and large complex polyps. His professional interests focus on advanced endoscopic techniques and expanding minimally invasive treatment options for patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions.
