Dr. Hallie Rozansky grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA. She attended Yale College, where she received a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry, and went on to receive her M.D. from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her training in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the Division of General Internal Medicine Primary Care Program and subsequently completed her fellowship in Addiction Medicine at Boston Medical Center. She then served as a Chief Medical Resident at Brigham and Women's Hospital before joining Boston Medical Center primary care / internal medicine faculty in 2022.

Her clinical interests include low-barrier addiction treatment, the integration of addiction treatment into primary care, HIV primary care, pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV, and primary care for patients who have experienced incarceration. As a clinical educator, she co-directs the Addiction and Health track for Boston University medical students, and is Core Faculty for the BMC Internal Medicine Residency Program, where she co-directs the HIV Pathway and is the point person for resident coaching and remediation. She also co-leads the Chief Resident Immersion Training (CRIT) Addiction Medicine Conference, an annual conference that teaches rising chief residents to teach addiction medicine concepts at their institutions.
