A results-driven, detail-oriented and meticulous scientist, She have more than 15 years of experience in Cell and Gene Therapy, Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, Immunology, Cell Culture and Molecular Biology.
Currently, as Senior Scientist II at Crystal Pharmatech Biological Sciences, She is the Group Lead for Bioassay Development in Biologics. Her portfolio for evaluation of Potency of therapeutic and non-therapeutic monoclonal antibodies includes method development, qualification and validation involving binding ELISAs, cell- based assays like cytotoxicity, ADCC, ADCP, CDC assays; as well as product impurity release assays like endotoxin levels, residual host protein, residual host DNA.
In her previous role as Group Lead of Analytical Development in Cell and Gene Therapy at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Patheon, New Jersey, She developed methods to support the CAR-T technology. Her role extended to development and qualification of Analytical methods; and the transfer of these methods to the Quality Control department for execution in a GMP setting. Ranging from Sterility assays, RT-PCR for Mycoplasma testing and for gene modification screening, ELISAs to multi-color Flow Cytometry. She have hands-on experience in delivering methods to clients and in the QC Laboratory as well as Supervisory experience of handling a team to deliver rapid and thorough reports.
As a Senior Scientist at Allied Innovative Systems, LLC, I had been involved in immunoassay development, for 6+ years. Prior 2 years research at this company led to a Phase III grant acceptance and associated funding. Thinking out-of-the box, a diverse portfolio of research and scientific writing experience and an excellent team player - these are the attributes which have always led to successful completion of her projects.
She is interested in opportunities for Analytical Development in Cell and Gene Therapy, Biologics, Stem cell Biology, and Cell and Molecular Biology.
