Richard Wu, BSc

Richard Wu is a second-year medical student at Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine and the first in his family to go into medicine. He is a member of the M.D. class of 2025. While at Northeastern University for his undergraduate degree in bioengineering, he found his passion in mentorship and education and spent two years with AmeriCorps. Growing up as a first generation American provided unique insights into the immigrant experience in our healthcare system, and Richard hopes to eventually be at the forefront of shaping public policy and working to make those interactions more compassionate and equitable.
