Lynn Squillace, JD is Deputy General Counsel at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where she serves as legal counsel to the Bureau of Infectious Disease and Laboratory Sciences and the Food Protection Program within the Bureau of Environmental Health. She is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Health Law, Ethics & Human Rights at the Boston University School of Public Health and an Adjunct Instructor at Suffolk University Law School.

Lynn received her JD degree from Suffolk University with a concentration with Distinction in Health and Biomedical Law. She also holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Law, Bioethics and Human Rights from the Boston University School of Public Health.

Lynn has been recognized for her teaching by the Boston University School of Public Health in the Fall of 2013, Fall of 2015 and Spring of 2016 with the "Award for Excellence in Teaching Principles of Public Health Law." She is also a member of the Board of Health for the town of Weymouth, MA.
