Leonard H. Glantz is an Emeritus Professor in the Department of Health Law, Policy & Management at Boston University School of Public Health and is a faculty member in the Center for Health Law, Ethics & Human Rights.

He is the author of numerous, books, articles and briefs on a wide array of health law issues. Professor Glantz is particularly interested in constitutional issues raised by public health interventions, privacy, reproductive rights, the rights of children, the regulation of research with human subjects, and mental health law. He is a recipient of the Norman A. Scotch Award for Excellence in Teaching.
