After years of pediatric nursing, program management, and health care provider outreach, Cassie returned to BUSPH for her fourth and final degree. Her PhD in health services research culminated with a dissertation on bike-share through primary care for low-income adults to facilitate health and transportation equity. She now teaches health policy, health systems, and public health at Boston University School of Public Health and through the Office of Distance Education. Her professional interests are in pedagogy, educational technology and learning analytics.
