Daria is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Professional Development & Postdoctoral Affairs Office. Her primary role is to conduct evaluation of Boston University’s workforce development programs involving graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and faculty.

Daria received her PhD in Higher Education at Indian University Bloomington and her doctoral research focuses on measuring scientific research activity within higher education institutions. Before joining the PDPA, Daria served as a project associate for the Carnegie Classifications of Institutions of Higher Education. She completed a master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Before pursuing graduate degrees, Daria worked as an institutional research analyst for a Russian higher education institution.
