Catherine Hayes, DMD has spent twenty years in academics where she held numerous leadership positions in academic institutions including Harvard University and national and international organizations and has lead many large teams and budgets as well as numerous research and public health projects. She also has extensive training in Leadership including the prestigious Coach Training Institute Leadership program and leadership faculty program at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Hayes is passionate about bringing the ancient wisdom of the true Enneagram into the modern world. She coaches leaders, individually and within organizations, to uncover the truth of who they are so they can live and lead authentically and from their highest potential. She is also a Lecturer at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and a Clinical Associate of Health Policy & Health Services Research at Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine.
