Allison James (she/her) is a Research Fellow for the Department of Environmental Health. She uses her expertise in programming to contribute to a wide variety of projects, including those in the Center for Climate and Health. She holds a BA in Computer Science from Middlebury College and an MS in Population Health Research: Public Health Data Science from BU. She is most interested in the intersection between climate change and mental health, as well as assessing and expanding healthcare access for vulnerable populations. Previously, she studied power outage exposure in Massachusetts and identified regions of the state that were disproportionately impacted.
