Dr. Lowney, Jr. is a graduate of both Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and UMass Memorial Family and Community Health residency in Worcester, MA. His background includes hospital, SNF and home care. Dr. Lowney, Jr. concentrated in community health and sports medicine in his residency and has continued that into his practice. Currently Dr. Lowney, Jr. holds a position as nursing facility Medical Director and performs home visits as necessary in addition to his outpatient practice.
